SALES AND COMMISSION AGREEMENT

For the purpose of this agreement, the following definitions applies: –

“WE” shall refer to LuvinSecret

“YOU” shall refer to any parties that engage with services rendered by Seller

We are excited to collaborate with you on the sale of your items through our services at LuvinSecret. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and beneficial experience for you. With this agreement, I (with the name and IC Number filled together in this form) shall hereby agree that the following shall be the sales and commission arrangement:

1. Streamlined Selling Process: We fully embrace and support the selling process that our esteemed clients like you entrust us with. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we commit to executing the selling process with utmost professionalism and dedication.
2. Transparent Pricing: We attached here with the price chart in Attachment 1, which clearly stipulates the selling prices for related items starting from a minimum price of RM9. This ensures transparency and clarity in the valuation of your items, providing you with the best possible returns.
3. Quality Assurance: All items will be dispatched to the LuvinSecret Headquarters in Shah Alam. In the rare instances where any of the items fail to meet the quality standards necessary for sale, you are provided the option to select from reclamation, recycling, or donation. We shall execute one of these options upon receiving instruction from you without any additional cost. This step showcases our commitment to ethical practices and responsible disposal.
4. Optimal Profit Sharing: We believe in sharing the success with our valued clients. For every sale made (shipping costs excluded), you shall receive 50% of the total amount while the remaining 50% will be retained by LuvinSecret. This distribution is designed to provide you with a substantial share of the earnings.
5. Enhanced Promotion Strategy: To maximize your benefit, we propose that you promote your preloved items as well as our own promotional initiatives in LuvinSecret’s Instagram account or other social media platform deemed fit. You shall contribute 3 Instagram Stories posts and joining our Instagram Live for 5-10 minutes. Your contributions will ensure the success of the sale and the visibility of your items, strengthening the potential for higher sales. Your active participation in this promotion via social media will empower you to fully capitalize on this collaboration.
6. Contract Validity: This contract holds validity for a duration of two months, commencing from the date of item received. In the event that your items remain unsold within this stipulated two-month period, you can have the option to retrieve your items. Alternatively, should you desire an extension of this contract, please do not hesitate to contact us for further arrangements.
7. Collaboration Integrity: It is our sincere hope that all aspects of this agreement are upheld to guarantee mutual benefit. In the event that any of the terms mentioned above are not adhered to, we reserve the right to consider the agreement breached. In such cases, all items received shall be the property of LuvinSecret.
